Saturn & her single Doeling "Little Neptune"
Here at our Ranch we will be offering no tours during 2020.
Picking up kids the month of June - you will need to call us and arrange a pickup date and time. When you call me, we will set up a time, we are only having two families per day - to pick up their goats, and we want to put plenty of time between each pickup.... Please wear a mask at all times. We thank you for your understanding and hope you all stay safe and well during this virus outbreak.
We are downsizing and selling many of our breeding stock. We are going to breed only 8 Does this fall. I've decided to do this because of my age and health issues... It's going to be very difficult to part with many of our goats, they are like family to us. They are listed on our for sale page. I do offer discounts on three or more purchased.
CHECK OUT OUR NEW PHOTO PAGE.
We are going to try something new, to see who is checking out our website. Starting 5/20/20 - somewhere on our website pages - there is something not where it should be..... In your email make sure you include your mailing address.... I will email back and let you know if you are the winner or not... It's the first person that emails the correct find!!!! Good Luck!!! The Fainting Goat is known by several other names. It is called the Stiff Leg Goat, the Myotonic Goat, the Scared Goat, or the Nervous Goat.
When this goat is in shock or is surprised, all the muscles become completely stiff for about 10 seconds. The legs become especially stiff! Because of this physical reaction, the goat just falls over or appears to "faint" dramatically! It is just natural for this breed.
Check out our PHOTO GALLERY - we have photos of our 2019 & 2020 kids on there!!!
